OTI Minneapolis Transfer Site 100 N 33rd Ave Minneapolis, MN 55411 From the North Exit Interstate 94 on Dowling Ave. Exit, Turn Left on Dowling Ave. and travel East to Washington Ave., Turn Right on Washington Ave N and travel South to N 33rd Ave. Take Left on N 33rd Ave and travel East to railroad tracks. Take left immediately after crossing railroad tracks and travel North to site.
